One of our standout projects is the Primark store on Gran Via, Madrid. This flagship store boasts over 15,000 m² of commercial space spread across six floors.
We played a pivotal role in transforming this space into a shopping haven. The project involved meticulous planning and execution to ensure the store’s design was both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.

Another significant project is the Primark store on Calle Conde de Peñalver.
This store occupies the space of the old Salamanca Cinema, a building from 1935 declared an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC).
The renovation project aimed to preserve the historical essence of the building while giving it a new life as a commercial space.
The entrance staircase was restored, and the grand lobby with the open-air ceiling, along with red and gold design elements, cinematic typography, and theatrical lighting, pay homage to the golden age of cinema in the 1930s.
The store spans over 3,600 m² across five floors, offering a unique and differentiated shopping experience.
Our transformation of a protected building from the 1950s into the modern Aloft Hotel by Marriott Bonvoy in Madrid is a testament to our ability to blend historical preservation with contemporary design.

Formerly known as San Fernando Business Park, Kudos Innovation is now a modern space comprising 13 buildings with large windows that optimise natural light.
We provided consultancy and design services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as technical supervision for the overall renovation.
The project included the installation of high-efficiency HVAC systems, air renewal and ventilation systems, and independent air treatment units for each office. The result is a state-of-the-art workplace that prioritises comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
