Kudos Innovation – Formerly, San Fernando Business Park

Challenge 

Provide consulting services and design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems -MEP-, and accompany the technical management in the general reform, changes of air conditioning, heating and toilet systems of the now known as Kudos Innovation San Fernando. 

Process 

From our work, the change in air conditioning systems stands out: 

• Installation of four-pipe fan-coils with centralized production of maximum performance, automatically controlled. 
• Air renewal and ventilation system. 
• Air treatment system, own and independent for each office, with automatic regulation. 
• Variable volume air conditioners for the central areas of the buildings and a system of air handling units to maintain air quality. 
• Constant volume air conditioners for the perimeter diffusers of the floors, with which the thermal load of the facades is combated. 

Result 

The result is visible, it is a new space made up of 13 buildings with large windows that optimize the entry of natural light that has more than 40,000 m² of green areas and rest areas. 

Likewise, the campus has coworking areas that adapt to new needs for job improvement, applying the latest energy technologies for the well-being of its tenants.

85,000 m² built, including office spaces, leisure and parking.
