We support the transformation of an office building into an urban hotel through our consulting and design solutions, and accompany the process by maintaining technical supervision of the project.
Today the Madrid Aloft Hotel, located just a few steps from the central Plaza de Callao, is a 4 star hotel in the heart of Madrid, in the dynamic Gran Via area.
The 139 urban-inspired rooms feature six-foot ceilings, plush platform beds and signature Aloft extras like the 49-inch Chromecast TV. A fitness centre, pool and restaurant are added.
