Answering to mechanical and electrical requirements for a large department stores’ in a listed building were to be designed and implemented.
Development of the project in two phases, a first phase for the fitting out of spaces and a second phase for the implementation of the shop.
The Primark Gran Via project aims to renovate and expand the Irish fashion chain’s shop in the centre of Madrid. The new shop will have more than 162,000 Sq. ft. of retail space, distributed over six floors. It incorporates innovative elements such as interactive screens, rest areas and personalised services. The Primark Gran Via project is a benchmark in the retail sector and contributes to the dynamism and revitalisation of local commerce.
